An Eye for Film / February
Learning the fundamentals of composition leads to meaningful, more powerful photographs and in this essential new class, we'll take you on the full journey to more eloquent black and white film photography that tells the stories you want to share.
By working with the founding principles of artistic practice and imaginative, challenging shooting assignments, you'll see how an awareness of geometry, balance and choosing the moment will make your shots more mindful.
Friendly, expert instruction in the darkroom ensures your film is processed perfectly and your prints resonate in a way only hand-made black and white prints can.
All darkroom materials and equipment will be provided, students bring their own film, which we will advise on.
