A brand new 6-week online class that brings the experience of thinking and shooting in black & white out of the darkroom and onto your screen.

Powerful black & white photography has always lent itself well to storytelling, and this new course is designed to give students the technical and intellectual tools to make their photographs speak effectively and with relevance.

Covering the essential principles of composition and aesthetics, this class brings our decades of photography and darkroom experience into a digital context.

Students will need to work on their own digital SLR camera and connect to the class via Zoom.

All levels of experience welcome.
